GTRI's Hives Early Career IRAD Program for FY26

Mar 20, 2025

The latest episode of the Georgia Tech Research Podcast is devoted to the research and integration efforts of Georgia Tech and GTRI. The episode’s guests are Benjamin (Ben) Riley, a principal research associate in GTRI’s Chief Technology Officer’s office; and Benjamin (Ben) Yang, a principal research engineer in GTRI’s CIPHER lab. They are the coordinators of the Hives Early Career IRAD program (FY26).

GTRI's Hives Early Career IRAD program is currently seeking ideas that focus on emerging technologies or security topics that have a national and global impact. The projects allow researchers to address specific problems and tackle larger themes. The program is funded through the GTRI IRAD portfolio. It targets junior researchers whose ideas foster solutions to national security challenges for which no formal requirements exist. Proposals should be submitted by Friday, March 28.
