Tracy Wallace, Principal Research Engineer, will serve as the Interim Director of SEAL effective Jan. 6, 2025. Tracy joined GTRI over 40 years ago when it was still known as the Engineering Experiment Station (EES), and has been committed to our mission while consistently nurturing and supporting our people. Within SEAL, he is already providing leadership in several areas, including workforce and modernization efforts.  He has previously held leadership positions in SEAL ranging from Branch Head, Division Chief, Lab Chief Engineer, to Associate Lab Director. His technical background is in phased array radar systems, and he is a lecturer and course administrator for a GTPE short course on that subject
