GTRI Inclusive Leaders Academy (ILA) Springboard Program

Calling all people leaders! Are you looking for an opportunity to further develop your leadership skills? If so, sign up for GTRI’s Inclusive Leaders Academy (ILA) Springboard Program.

The Inclusive Excellent Unit hosts webinars that facilitate participants’ leadership growth in the area of creating greater inclusion and belonging in the workplace. The webinars are open to anyone at any level of their leadership journey at GTRI.

The two sessions, INCLUDE and DECIDE, enable participants to work through several modules designed to provide the tools needed to create a greater sense of inclusion and belonging in your respective unit or lab.

INCLUDE is about helping people build inclusive habits that equip them to dramatically improve interactions throughout their teams and GTRI that encourage stronger working relationships and a sense of belonging in real time. 

DECIDE is about helping people recognize unconscious bias and providing a strategy and means for minimizing its impact on our decisions.

Participants can register for either course. However, for maximum benefits, register for both INCLUDE and DECIDE. The GTRI ILA Springboard Program is limited to 50 GTRI employees for each session.  All sessions are virtual.

GTRI’s ILA Springboard Program is a subset of Georgia Tech’s full Inclusive Leadership Academy.
