For the third consecutive year, the Atlanta Business Chronicle named the Georgia Tech Research Institute (GTRI) to its Top 10 Best Places to Work in Atlanta. Selection to the annual list is based entirely upon employee surveys, conducted by Quantum Workplace during the summer. GTRI is ranked No. 10 on the list of large companies with more than 500 employees.

“This is the best kind of award, one which is based upon perceptions of GTRI from within,” said GTRI Director and Georgia Tech Vice President Robert McGrath. “While we continue to be committed to groundbreaking research on national and global challenges, this kind of feedback reconfirms our commitment to each member of the GTRI family.”

The Chronicle recognized award-winners in its seventh annual breakfast, held Sept. 16, 2011, at the Atlanta Marriot Marquis. This year, the Chronicle honored 100 companies—10 large, 30 medium (101 to 500 employees) and 60 small (10 to 100 employees)—out of the more than 480 submitted by readers.
