The Center for International Development and Cooperation (CIDC) was chartered in 1994 to develop low-cost radar and phased-array concepts through joint international research activities. CIDC seeks U.S. government and industrial funds to support this work. As part of its mission, CIDC:
- provides an international forum for technical interchange
- seeks to develop low-cost technologies in the above areas for commercial applications
- seeks to determine dual-use applications for foreign radar technologies.
